Participants will be able to define sexual orientation and gender identity, and discuss how intersecting identities contribute to disparities in healthcare and in the workplace. Panelists will lead participants to make a plan for ongoing self-study around cultural humility and competence. Participants will also have the opportunity to practice having a culturally sensitive conversation about gender identity, sexual orientation, and other identity variables.
