Tiffany Chohfi is a nurse leader, educator and project director at the Colorado Center for Nursing Excellence. She trains and leads clinical teams, management and students in healthcare by providing them with coaching, support, education and innovative resources to achieve better patient outcomes.
She is a leader in rural behavioral health integration, interprofessional team skill building and health equity. Tiffany has done extensive workshops, presentations and conferences that aim to inspire, educate and advocate for powerful change within our healthcare workforce and our communities.
