Carmen Luttrell MSN, RN is a project director and joined the Center in August, 2019. She leads the HRSA and TCHF grants focused on rural Colorado Recruitment and Retention and is part of the Residency development team. She is a Qualified IDI (Intercultural Development Inventory) Administrator and serves as a mentor for nursing students participating in the HRSA Primary Care Nursing program. She graduated from the University of New Mexico with her BSN and the University of Phoenix with her MSN in Nursing Education and Administration. She has a diverse Nursing background in both Acute and Primary Care Nursing, Nursing Leadership and Education. When not working, Carmen enjoys time with her family to include golf, camping, and traveling.
