Beth Smith MSN, MA, RN, WHNP-BC is an Assistant Professor at Regis University, Loretto Heights School of Nursing where she teaches in the baccalaureate program. Beth has worked as a nurse in a variety of settings including women's health, training and development, instructional design, pharmacovigilance and evidence-based clinical support systems. Her passion lies in nursing education and helping students bridge the academic to practice gap through the creation of effective active learning environments which model innovative evidence-based solutions.
