Kenneth Oja, PhD, RN Dr. Kenneth Oja is a nurse research scientist at Denver Health and assistant professor in the College of Nursing at the University of Colorado. He assists nurses in conducting research and implementing evidence to improve practice and patient outcomes. He has also researched and published about programs and interventions to better transition nursing students to practice and enhance learning environments for nursing students and new graduate nurses.
