Callie Anne began working with the Center as a subject matter expert in 2012 and joined the team full time as a Project Director in March 2018. She serves multiple programs at The Center including; directing the United Health Foundation (UHF) Rural Behavioral Health Grant, the Nursing Leadership Connection (NLC), Colorado’s Action Coalition and Nurses on Boards Coalition. She is formally trained by the Coaches Training Institute as an executive leadership coach, has over ten years of clinical and teaching experience in both rural and urban areas, is an affiliate faculty member at Regis University, and a published author. Callie Anne is the director of the southwest district of Colorado on the board of Colorado Organization of Nurse Leaders (CONL).
