Dr. Center is honored to be a part of this annual conference again this year. As a nurse with over 40 years’ experience in healthcare she is grateful support so many incredible and dedicated nurses, especially through the challenges of this past year. She is currently the Chief Program Officer and coach at the Colorado Center for Nursing Excellence. Her PhD is in Organizational Development and Leadership Psychology where she focused leadership development and strategies for creating healthy work environments.
