The concepts covered in this presentation are just culture, restorative practice, and restorative justice. The implementation of restorative practices can lead to greater psychological safety, greater physical safety for patients and be a stronger safety culture for both clinicians and nurse leaders in these settings. Restorative justice approach can address the inequities brought by the global pandemic and provide healing and hope to health care providers, patients and families.
